09 - 2 tablespoons toasted panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
10 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

# Method:
01 - Wash, trim, and cut all vegetables as needed, leaving a portion of the carrot tops intact for visual appeal.
02 - Combine hummus with chopped black olives in a small bowl, then spread in a thick strip or oval on a large platter to simulate a garden bed.
03 - Sprinkle toasted panko breadcrumbs and chopped parsley over the hummus to imitate soil.
04 - Position the carrots vertically into the hummus soil to resemble carrots growing from the ground.
05 - Fill the platter with sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, radish halves, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips around the carrots.
06 - Decorate with fresh dill, parsley sprigs, or microgreens to enhance color and mimic carrot tops; serve immediately.
