# Method:
01 - Set oven to 400°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
03 - Unfold thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and roll gently to smooth seams.
04 - Brush the top of the pastry sheets evenly with melted unsalted butter.
05 - Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the butter brushed pastry.
06 - Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice pastry into strips about 0.5 inch wide. Twist each strip gently and arrange on prepared baking sheets.
07 - Place baking sheets in preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until pastry turns golden and crisp.
08 - Allow twists to cool for a few minutes on wire racks before serving.
