The flavor is pleasantly noticeable, but you can intensify it by increasing instant coffee granules to 1½ tablespoons.

Can I substitute the chocolate chips?

Absolutely, swap white chocolate with dark or milk chocolate chips for a different taste profile.

What texture should I expect?

Expect muffins that are light, moist, and fluffy thanks to the combination of butter and milk.
