I first made this fudge for a family holiday party and everyone loved how easily it came together. It became an instant favorite for last minute gifting.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Base: 3 cups (510 g) semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup (55 g) unsalted butter (cut into pieces), 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Prep the pan:
Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Melt chocolate mixture:
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Microwave and stir:
Microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring well after each, until melted and smooth (about 1.5 to 2 minutes total).
Add vanilla:
Stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
Fold in marshmallows and nuts:

Chill:
