# Method:
01 - Dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water within a sanitized glass jar. Add the water kefir grains or ginger bug alongside fresh lemon juice and stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter fixed by a rubber band. Allow the mixture to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24–48 hours until lightly carbonated and tangy.
03 - Remove the kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Reserve for future fermentation or discard.
04 - Transfer the soda base to a pitcher and incorporate fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir with a non-metallic utensil until evenly combined.
05 - Place ice cubes in serving glasses, pour the mocktail mixture over, then garnish each glass with a thin orange slice and additional mint leaves if desired.
06 - Offer the beverage promptly to preserve carbonation and freshness.
